- 5274 Floor Preparation System: "One Machine One Function!"
- Using National's unique magnetic tooling system, the 5274 removes coatings & glues. It creates the perfect profile for new coatings insuring optimal adhesion, grinds high spots into ACI tolerance, and repairs surface imperfections. It polishes concrete to a satin finish, sand & preps interior hardwoods as well as exterior decking. Its built for small to large jobs, its rental tough, and offers big dollar production on an economical budget.

- --The quick change magnetic tooling allows the execution of five separate tasks from one machine
- --Removes coatings
- --Profiles concrete for new coatings
- --Polishes concrete to a satin finish
- --Removes finishes & stains from interiors hardwoods
- --Removes stains & prepares wood for new stains on exterior wood

- Magnetic Tooling available:
- --Carbide - Designed for aggressive concrete stock removal as well as coatings, glues, mastics, and other adhesives.
- Metal Bond -- Utilized for light, medium and aggressive concrete grinding and profiling. Will remove sealer and top coat, and can be used for both residential and industrial applications. Good for leveling concrete high spots and repairing imperfections as well and creating the perfect profile for putting on new coatings, epoxies or prepping for polishing.
